Cricket is Butterbean's little sister, a main character in the series, and is part of The Bean Team. She is voiced by Gabriella Pizzolo.
Role in The Bean Team[]
Cricket, the creative and talented member of the Bean Team, wields her magic wand with finesse and precision, but it's not a wand in the traditional sense; it's an icing bag. With it, she performs her culinary magic, transforming plain cakes and pastries into works of art. Cricket is passionate about her craft and enjoys lending a hand to her team members, helping them finish their work with her artistic touch. Whether it's piping intricate designs or adding finishing touches, Cricket's skills with the icing bag are second to none. She takes immense pride in her work and never fails to impress with her creations.
Appearance[]
Cricket is a young, fair apricot-skinned girl, six-year-old fairy. She has aqua-blue eyes that have large and prominent eyelashes, thin light hazel eyebrows and long, shoulder-length yellowish-blonde hair with bangs, usually seen tied into pigtails with pink scrunchie hair ties that have glittering hearts on them. As per being a fairy, she has a pair of butterfly-like wings on her back, which resemble sugar cookies with a thin layer of pink icing, decorated with heart sprinkles colored in red, pink and white.
In terms of clothing, Cricket wears a pink-trimmed yellow apron with a pink heart on the front and a lighter-pink pocket on the bottom. Over her apron, she wears a sky-blue shirt with pink frilly cap-sleeves, two pink heart buttons on the front, and pink-trimming around the waist. She also wore glittering sky-blue leggings under a frilly, white-and-yellow-striped skirt which resembles a cupcake liner, and sparkling pink rain boots with magenta cuffs, soles and heart designs on the front.
Cricket also accessorizes with a sparkly sky-blue bangle bracelet on her right wrist.
Personality[]
Cricket is the youngest member of The Bean Team, and everyone adores her. She's Butterbean's younger sister, and her appearance is as colorful as her personality. With a vibrant outfit and playful accessories, Cricket is always full of energy, spunk, and curiosity. She greets everyone with a warm smile and is always eager to help. Whenever the Bean Team needs assistance, Cricket is the first to lend a hand. In the café, Cricket is a big help, and her hardworking nature is evident to all. However, unlike her sister Butterbean, Cricket is always suspicious of Ms. Marmalady's sneaky behavior towards them. Her kind and friendly nature is matched by her protective instincts, and she won't stand for anyone messing with her friends. Cricket is shown to be a bad-sport, as in "Tic-Tac-Tomato!" when she lost the game, she got really mad. She also asked Butterbean why she was not mad after she lost the game she was playing with Poppy and Dazzle, though Cricket eventually learned how to be a good sport.

Relationships[]
Butterbean is Cricket's older sister, Cricket loves her sister, and always wants to spend time with her sister. This was especially expressed in "The Sweetest Ride!".
Dottie is Cricket's very best friend. They have a great friendship together, as they often play together especially in Copykitties! episode. Although they get into some situations, such as in Cricket's Forever Friend, where Dottie was moving away, Cricket still went back to say sorry after what she had done to Dottie previously, and felt sad when she realized that Dottie had already moved away.
Poppy is Cricket's friend. She helps Poppy whenever she needs it. Poppy is also willing to help Cricket learn skills in the kitchen, and doesn't get mad when she messes up.
Dazzle is Cricket's friend too. She is a good friend to Dazzle very much, as she often hangs around the front area where Dazzle works, coloring on a piece of paper or walking around helping with the smaller tasks.
Jasper is likely Cricket's best friend from the café. Cricket has a great friendship with Jasper, as she tells him that its okay to make mistakes when Jasper messed up the icing flowers in The Towering Tower of Crepes! episode, and Jasper helped talk Cricket out of giving up in The Breadstick Bicycle when she could not ride her bicycle with its training wheels.
Trivia[]
