Plot[]

Jasper got down from the sweet ride with a delivery. He opened the door to the kitchen and greeted Butterbean and Poppy, who for once were busy with food preparation their response was more like they were scared of something. Poppy asked him if that is the milk she asked Dazzle to order, which he affirmed by saing it's fresh from the dairy farm, and told him to put it in the fridge. He spun and twirled by their speedy movement across the kitchen as he moved to put it in, sighing that they are busy. Poppy heared the oven chime, saying the cake for Mr. Canooble is done and told him to stir the batter she was stirrng so she can remove it out, which he did. Butterbean told her the fruit salad is done and asked Poppy how was the frozen yogurt for Mrs Hops, which she opened the freezer and said it's freezing. The former added that they can now start with the day's special: cinnamon buns. Poppy worried she hasn't even started, but Butterbean put her out of that – only to see Dazzle struggling with both the customers’ attention and smoothie blending. The former suggested they they could use an extra help in there. Jasper offered to help, which Butterbean affirmed, but went on to surprise them to prove he's ready by first appearing when Butterbean closes the fridge, then appearing underneath the cooking counter to startle Poppy and lastly appearing right when Butterbean opens the pantry door. As he gave her some lettuce, he told his boss he's done with all his deliveries and he really wants to bake. She answered by telling him he should get his apron on already. Jasper asked if she said "yes" and Poppy affirmed, adding that along as he is attentive and does his best. Butterbean told the viewer(s) in her first interaction that her team could use the extra help with Jasper wanting to learn how to bake for a long time, describing it as a "perfect time".

Butterbean went to the main area to help Dazzle out satisfied that the operations in the kitchen is sorted. Poppy showed Jasper how to make the cinammon buns using the bean screen. Jasper shares his excitement about Poppy finally teach him how to bake to the viewer(s) in what his first-ever interaction with them. Jasper asked her about the yeast and what it does. Cricket came to the kitchen in what is her first appearance in the episode to tell her Dazzle can't decide which boxes are for Ms. Gateau and Mrs. Brookbinder respectively. She realized she forgot that the name tags, but before she left, she assumed everything is under control and asked Jasper if he can handle the yeast, which he affirmed. Cricket told him he's so lucky he gets to help in the kitchen and hopes that Poppy also her how to cook somthing just as he's learning. She like him asked about the yeast and he added he has to really careful in pouring it – only to pour it initally in bits and then all of it; with his inital perception being that if a little yeast goes a long way, then a little more yeast would go a longer way to make the dough extra big and fluffy. Then his current perception was to make the dough nicest and fluffiest. Cricket amusingly told him he's really a chef and get to bake stuff all the time but saw his mistake when she told him to look at the dough which kept rising and rising. Poppy and Dazzle both sorted out where the boxes should go among the customers. Mr. Brookwrench came to the café and asked them if they had cinammon buns on the menu. Butterbean affirmed, adding that Jasper is finishing them in the kitchen as they are conversing. He likes to put his order in immediately saying it's good for him and hope she might want to call him a "cinammaniac". Butterbean told the viewer(s) how Jasper is easing their café operation pressures and hopes everything is under control, but Jasper gave the obvious answer in his interaction with the viewer(s), adding that he ruined everything.

Jasper worried Poppy won't teach him how to cook again if she sees that. Cricket tries to make the problem better by getting an apron and a chef hat and fitting them on it, referring the dough as "Chef Joe", but Jasper wasn't relaxed. However, he quickly changed his mind and bought into it when Poppy came back to the kitchen. She asked if everything is okay, but Jasper told her to meet "Chef Joe/Dough". Poppy chuckled asking if it's the dough and asked him how much yeast he added, which he replied a lot. Poppy reminded him of what she said earlier that a little yeast goes a long way. When he asked her if more yeast would go a longer way, she replied as he could see it right infront of him it doesn't. He apologized but she already accpeted it adding everyone makes mistakes. Butterbean said this big dough could go a really long way as they are really busy. Poppy instantly got the idea by saing she could mould it into loaves and instead make cinammon french toast, adding that it could work. Cricket also expressed her like for it. Butterbean told her viewer(s) they'll be able to serve that/those to the customers thanks to his little "mistake". Poppy asked him where he was going as she saw him heading out to the café's main area and he replied he thought she didn't want him anymore as he has ruined the dough. She assured him that a good chef never gives up and needs his help. Surprised but willing, he referred to himself as Special Helper Jasper made the batches of cinammon french toasts with Cricket accompanied by Let's Get Cooking!.

Mr. Brookwrench told Butterbean on her serving his toast that she should tell Poppy how pleasing the cinammon buns are, but she corrected him that it was actually Jasper. He saw the cinammon bun was missing a swirl, which Butterbean replied she can fix it with a fairy finish. Pulling out a Magic Beans#Swirlie bean, she did it on his bun, making it swirl rapidly to his delight, making Butterbean giggle. Poppy told Jasper how well the customers are buying into the toast special with his dough and asked it he could help her get a fruit salad ready, which he affirmed. Poppy saw all along how he struggled with his chef hat since he started wearing it and told him they need to get him a hat that fits after which they laughed. Butterbean concluded by telling the viewer(s) how proud she is that Jasper helped her team when they really needed it, adding that he can "rise" to the occasion; demonstrating by flying up and down her seat, punning them with rise and dough and giggling.
