Summary/Description[]

When Ms. Marmalady plans to ruin the picnic with, first rain, then sticky lemonade with help from her monkey aides, how will Cricket prove herself worthy to the Puddlescouts?

Plot[]

Jasper brings deliveries into the café where he greets the bean team. Poppy brought out fresh cookies and conjures a star in each of them using her magic spoon. Butterbean complemented the cookies' appearance. Jasper came to ask for a bite and Poppy happily accepts. He took a bite and showed its dreamy irresistibility to bring giggles out of her and Dazzle. Butterbean interacted to the viewer(s) about her sister's love of puddlescoutship, what they do together and she thought they could have a picnic up on the roof. Cricket came in her puddlescout outfit, blowing her whistle picnic blanket, picnic basket Poppy used herself working hard for her baking badge as an example to her how special badges are. Then Cricket quote, which Poppy followed: "When you do your best and you really stand out, you'll earn your badge as a puddlescout!" Cricket showed the viewer(s) her photo with the puddlescouts and re-emphasized what her quote meant.

Butterbean told her sister what the team was going to make for the picnic: ants-on-a-log. She panicked as she first thought they were going to eat real ants, but her big sister negated it. She broadcast the preparation procedure being to take fresh salary sticks smeared with peanut butter and the usage of raisins as ants. She quoted a scout fact of not putting cinnamon as "ants hate cinnamon". Her big sister asked her if any of the puddlescouts have peanut allergies; she was unsure. So they went and began the snack preparation.

Ms. Marmalady looks through the spyglass at the café rooftop as the café sisters set up the picnic and plans to, first copy them, and then, ruin the picnic. Spork and Spatch broke into Marmalady's with a dispenser bottle of water. Ms. Marmalady thought of rain as the first move. She told them to take the bottle to Butterbean's and make it rain. Butterbean puts high lopsided tulip sprout as a shade in case the sun tells on the setting; her sister asked her and she replied. She quoted another scout fact of "always wearing sunblock". When she became satisfied, they left, after which Spatch dropped onto the picnic area and gave Spork a thumb-up to pour the water. But Spork opened the bottle stopper and poured it on Spatch. The Bean Team made the ants-on-logs accompanied by Let's Get Cooking!. Cricket asked if they could add the "ants" now, but Butterbean replied a special plan was in store for that and she should bring them to the picnic area. Butterbean complemented her little sister's help to the viewer(s), as she feels it's needeed since she's expecting the puddlescouts to show up any minute.

Spork and Spatch tried the pipe and hose as the next avenue to see if it will make rain but could only pour two drops on Cricket's head. Cricket became confused as she headed inside to ask Butterbean if it will rain, but she denies it. As Spatch looked looked inside the hose as to why water isn't pouring, Spork opened the tap to blow a wet Spatch down close to him. Spork startled Ms. Marmalady while she was making sweet lemonade for her plan, pouring it out in the process. She bcame angrily disappointed at them as there will be ants appearing and told them to clean it up. She verbally hated ants appearing, but saw it as another shot at ruining their picnic.

The Puddlescouts arrived before Cricket will find out from her big sister when the raisins on the peanut-buttered salaries. She went out to meet them and told them about the picnic on the rooftop. Ms. Marmalady raced up and smeared her made lemonade around the picnic setting. She scooted upwards away from the scene when she heard Cricket coming. She and the puddlescouts together with Butterbean spread themselves around the picnic. At the immediate instance, the group got attached closer and closer as ants appeared around them. Cricket discovers there's something sticky around where they are, and ants love sticky, unaware of Ms. Marmalady watching them. Cricket suddenly has an idea and goes to the kitchen and asks for cinnamon from Poppy who says it's on the spice rack in the pantry. She took it and and went back to spread it around the ants so they could leave after saying the scout fact that ants hate cinnamon. Spork startled Ms. Marmalady again by unconciously shouting "cinnamon", causing her to inadvertently self-spill the lemonade and attract ants to her. She tried moving backwards to avoid them until she unconciously slipped on the slider and and slided down.

Afterwards, Cricket gets congratulated by Mrs. Danlop and the puddlescouts for saving the picnic. For that, she receives a yellow star premium badge. Both Cricket and her big sister exchanged gratitude and hugs. Then they dug in to the ants-on-logs. When a puddlescout asked where the raisins (ants) are, Butterbean removed her whisk and used the marching bean to do the fairy finish on the raisins to make them march towards their peanut-buttered salaries. Mrs. Danlop kidded that these ants are welcome at a Puddlescout picnic, bringing a giggle out of some of some puddlescouts. Cricket reveled in and shared her achievement with the viewer(s). She held her speech of best to send the viewer(s) back to the scene which saw the puddlescouts getting puddlescout cookies from Poppy. The puddlescouts exhibit giggles and silliness till the episode ends in fade.
